There's no league wide conspiracy to turn harden into a superstar by giving him calls. His footwork and cadence is just hard for players to gauge and they get caught a half step behind and reaching.

I used to like D'Antoni in Phoenix, his testiness & buck-passing in the media along with the arrogance and almost purposeful alienation of players (Pau in particular) is just off-putting.
