I mean, I know why, for geographical proximity and what have you, and we like having the toughest pre-ACC schedule possible, but they're always a sneaky giant-killer and I never feel enormously safe playing them.
Or rather, I feel enormously safe going into the game, and around the second half, I generally start to sweat a bit.

he was screaming on every play and being extra corny. he had some boneheaded plays but it's nice to see him step up and lead the team. imo, it points to an imperfect relationship between him and jo, something i've always noticed.
taj played very well too. thibs needs to figure out a way to use him better.
our guards suck.
deng's a ghost. i don't get how this guy scores so much when it looks like he has a minimal effect on the game. guess he's good at the little things, and is usually able to lock down the other team's best scorer. he did hit some big shots too. thibs needs to rest him more and go to jimmy, i think he would contribute much more to the offense if he played less.
hamilton played well but doesn't seem to play much.
we almost gave up the game by going away from what had got us the lead, playing inside with booz and taj.
but a W is a W, on to miami, where I hope Jo will play and we can at least hang with them. this game means a lot. if we killed the magic on the boards and vucejikiciahchj just grabbed 29 boards against the heat, we should be able to dominate them inside friday.

Terrence Ross played so well, 26 points, 6-9 for 3 pointers. Derozan also had 24 points. Both PG's had 0 points combined but had 22 assists combined. Major team effort!

He ain't no hurt...no more hurt than every other LEADER of every other TEAM. His job to carry the squad to victory...he ain't doing that. He's supposed to be THE guy...just paddin' stats

The man doesn't excel in any one facet of the game to be called a great player. Dude is simply a PnR scorer and a decent shooter. It's been shown that if you switch on him a mobile big man on the PnR sets he is going to struggle putting up points on the score board since he isn't really a speed merchant. Just check how Bosh/Ibaka fared in their recent match-ups. If a team has the personal, they can make him look ordinary since he doesn't have athleticism to negate it. Usually, teams try to blitz him on the PnR but he is a willing passer and has decent players around him to make them pay.

he get points tho 0_0 it's hilarious because you can basically look at the schedule and predict when he's going to struggle and when he's going to get his 25-30 rockets should make the playoffs in a year that the lakers, nuggets and mavs are all struggling so it should be interesting to see him in the 1st round when the tempo slows down.

big men rotating effectively off that PnR is his kryptonite he NEEDs that FT line in his life or he's damn near mediocre given his limitations on the other side of the ball he ain't the one for me rather have wade as crazy as that sounds cause wade is a pest defensively (showed that in OT last night) and his efficiency numbers aren't that far off AND we know wade can still get his against elite teams if need be if harden shot 30% in the 1st round would anyone be surprised? fuck no
Harden's TS% is 60% and he's averaging over five assists a game from the SG spot. And you're in this post talking about him being a ballhog shooting "beneath the Mendoza line." Shit, look who the only person agreeing with you is.
