Something out of a dump comedy that comes out in February.
Tim Allen is a once fabled coach who's hit rock bottom after losing everything. After his 3rd DUI (this one resulting in a wacky crash) the judge gives him an two options. 5 years in prison, or coach The Commanders. A once proud team thats now seen as the butt of the league
But life is all about second chances... said the narrator

This is the most well thought out name currently, the Ravens being the best name. Also, there's hella paperwork, the process itself may have taken longer than the formulation of the name.

and that franchise was new to the city.
This is the same franchise and one of the more storied ones at that. The Redskins name needed to be dropped, but this is wack IMO. They didn’t need a total rebranding.

Not thrilling. But new things take some getting used to.
The biggest thing they need to do now is just win. Some wins, some historic games/moments and beloved players will ease the transition.
Of course that'll take playing good football and drafting well. Something the current ownership hasn't exactly enabled. ______________________________________________________________________________
