THIS man did not score in the 1st quarter, had the same number of turnovers (5) as points at halftime, got outplayed by a dude named Johnathan, basically quit with about 8 minutes left in the game, currently has fewer points than Dejounte Murray, yelled at teammates for HIS turnovers....ALL against a team without fucking Kawhi Leonard, a team that has had to play Patty Mills for 30+ minutes...on his HOME COURT in an elimination game. Down by 34 FUCKING POINTS. This ya mans???

Harden has been a willing passer all year which is what made that Houston offense tick...but NEVER had he been as hesitant and deferential as he was today. The pressure got to him and he couldn't handle it.

The Heat series was the only one where he played terribly, scoring single digits in 3 of the 5 games. It had nothing to do with Artest, unless that concussion set in 2 months later.

during those playoffs, too. As a Thunder fan, I just couldn't rock with it because he was brilliant against San Antonio in the WCF. I just chalked the Finals performance up to him being young. They were all so young. Shit, Perk was only 27, IIRC. Plus, the Heat were just better.

I made this post clowning...mostly cuz everyone came for Russ when we went out against Houston. If it came out though, that Harden was legit concussed last night, I wouldn't even be surprised. And not even terrible based on the agenda-con standards for this message board; Harden was a leading candidate for the MVP award, the Rockets were at home, and the Spurs were missing their best two way threat in Kawhi Leonard.
I mean, there's plenty of angles where Harden deserves a good chunk of the blame. He shouldn't get all of the glory he received in the regular season if he doesn't get any of the blame when his team gets embarrassed like it did, especially given how poorly he played.
