no flowers not even a concrete rose
just row upon row
of empty graves
memories revisited like tombstones
unanswered prayers
and the bitter after taste
of sweet love turned sour grapes

are without blemish
hope to be found
in this lifetime

they go unnoticed
with all the abuses
of life and others

they tare themselves
into a death
instead of living

they then taint all
that are around them
even the ones they
was meant to love

instead they kill
that too
