ok... so i was looking through some old shit... and this is one i found.
i wrote this just after the US invasion of Iraq. So it's a little dated now.

Dream while all the rest are sleeping
Sleep when your job is done
Then cry out to the masses
Let them see what you've begun

Real kings are humbly sculpted
While dictators they trace Rome
This ain't no paint by numbers
This narrow path will lead you home

Oh you're a big boy now
Too bad it's all been done before
Have fun with your big toys
The same fate is at your door

What you forget is their the same thing
Yea they're human beings too
Same blood pumps through the same viens
Yea they're human beings too

Why can't you forgive them?
Na….
That just wouldn't be christian

To your forfathers you'll look soft
Yea...
Think about your reputation
Crusades and whitches burning
What a way to "win the lost"
