Listening closely, I heard “Mother Nature’s” call
I heard her -- shattering ice~cicles on slippery sidewalks
I heard her – misting raindrops on reflective rooftops
I heard her – whippin' wind~streams thru opal moonbeams
I heard her – rustling dried leaves of crimson & magenta thru the earth’s seams

So … I have these dreams
Where knowledge streams thru fingertips

Help me understand
How Uni~Verse~al secrets kept under tulips (Two Lips)
Subliminally speak to closed minds in an unkempt garden
I beg your pardon …

I’d like 2 hear him -- Humming humorously at life's hypocrisy
I’d like 2 hear him -- Strumming softly -- simple serenades made just for me
I’d like 2 hear him -- Singing summer solstice songs -- Tropic of Cancer's fantasy

So intertwine nimble fingers with mine

your use of sound is amazing.
and visually, the line breaks look good while aiding the rhythm of the piece.
i kinda feel like you walk the reader through the piece a little... i need to learn how to do a little of that, i tend to leave writers hanging , but this piece is light but strong... i wonder if it'd be more powerful with less (i.e. tulips)

It probably "would" be more powerful with less of my foilage & plant-life greenery -- *My Photosynthesizing Trademark* -- -- But POWER~FULL is not really my strength -- I'm a lightweight poet -- Unlike the HEAVYWEIGHTS that's I'm sure you'll notice the longer you stick around.
