I'm going to be real with y'all. I've never played the game.

I thoroughly enjoyed this shit. It's hella entertaining.

Shout out to Amazon cause when they put money into something, they go for it. And unlike Netflix, at least their shows LOOK nice and match the money they spent on it.

With that said, I do think this 8 episode run spins its wheels a bit, but I see why this got renewed for a second season quickly. It's still number 1 on Prime Video despite it dropping damn near 2 months ago.

Ella Purnell has big ass eyes. Ain't gonna lie, they scared me. A lot. She looks like a walking Bratz doll.

I played Fallout 3 to the point where it has permanently ruined me playing open world games. I played a lot of 4 but I stopped when something else dropped.

This show was an amazing dip into the world because the games dole out lore and information only at the rate that you find it yourself out in the world. It felt good to have several stories handed to you on a plate for a few hours.

I hope S2 has them dip into some of the more fucked up Vaults. If they reference the one with “GARY!”, I’m gonna shit myself. I realize it’s on the opposite side of the country from where this is set.

I mess with the show though. I've only played Fallout 4 but it matches the tone of the game well: kinda dark but goofy at the same time.

I agree that there are a lot of little side quests that don't go anywhere, but side missions are a part of Fall lore so it's all good imo.
