The first four episodes are up on Peacock. Based on the first episode, this appears to be R-rated in terms of the gore and action, which somewhat shocked me since this was Peacock. I thought there would be limitations since the platform is backed by NBC, but I suppose since this isn't on broadcast TV, those limitations don't matter.

The main reason I'm giving this a shot is because of the Lindelof connection as I am a big fan of both The Leftovers and The Watchmen. Tough to gauge how good/bad this is since I only watched one episode, but it appears Peacock poured some decent amount of dollars into making the show based on the special effects. I hope the show holds up on future episodes.

So many twists, surprises and re-occurring themes.

It's , um, whacky - but in a pleasant way.


And finally we get a realistic portrayal of the average nun's body on TV!!
