i play rdr2. But not much else. Sometimes i play fortnite with him. I always have it on show offline because i have it daisy chained to the cable box. only one hdmi on the tv. But the boy sucks at video games. I let him play outside too much.

i think they would have been best served to have a fresh premise every season. basic 80s tropes.
like an alien invasion/infiltration, virus/zombie outbreak, vampire family moves in, etc.
i like the 80s russian angle here...but not simply as a way to wedge the same threat into the show for the 3rd time.
just have a small town that different fucked up shit keeps happening to. not a small town that essentially the same shit keeps happening to in slightly different ways.
maybe introduce a new character central to that plot point. a different '11' for each season. then send them on their way packing at the end of the season (allude to them in other seasons as easter eggs or flashbacks).
also i felt like the noticeable ramp up in violence/gore was the show getting away from itself. im not sure what they were going for there.
