Watched it a few months ago on a very inebriated flight to Spain. Probably dozed off a few times but didn't feel like I missed much. Would've never guessed he'd earn an Oscar nom from it.

'Little miss sunshine' vibe.
Can't really share my thoughts without spoiling. I thought the movie was very promising until the fourth act. Basically....the movie started questioning itself and it's main character but decided to double-down when it really had the chance to get real.
So what could have been an excellent, nuanced movie turned into a very preachy, cheesy movie. It actually kinda frustrated me in that sense. They were very close. I was kinda shocked when the movie wimped out from the realness.
Still good for a light-hearted, feel-good flick though. Viggo is great as always.
