They so street level that they can just be vigilantes without having to worry about showing up on the governments radar.
But that being said, the movie division stays shitting on their TV peoples. It was one thing when it was just SHIELD because fuck that show, but they do the Netflix shows dirty just the same by not allowing them to be party to the conversation to be able to adapt and adjust to the stat quo.

If you know she's going to play a role in Luke Cage, why are you casting her for a single scene in Cap 3? I love Alfre Woodard but you can get someone else to play that role in Cap 3 and avoid the continuity problem.
But, yeah, I doubt the Sokovia Accords would really affect those guys too much. If anything, Jessica Jones is a great argument against the Accords because are the people of Hell's Kitchen really going to have to wait for a UN panel to convene to get the OK for her going after Kilgrave?

I'm confused cause I'm told the network isn't happy with the ratins, but they ordered a spin-off and another season.
I know AGENT CARTER is pretty much cancelled, but hopefully Netflix can pick up a third season finally focusing on forming SHIELD.
Edit: I did a Google search and it seems the network isn't to keen on the spin-off.
I think just out of brand loyalty. It's better, and they're doing INSANE shit on there now that no one is paying attention... but it still isn't a very good show. That spin off was and is a dumb idea as Hunter and Bobby are easily the two most likable people on the show. So taking them away is so stupid.

the Avengers operate in the spotlight and SHIELD operates in the shadows. i highly doubt anyone is paying attention to what's going on in Hells Kitchen. maybe once they get together as the Defenders or do something outside of New York people will take notice.
