- I'm digging the new plane so far.
- I just knew that new organization was going to be S.W.O.R.D. (maybe they will be in the future). would not be surprised if we find out the leader chicks real name is Abigail Brand.
- I know nothing of Lash from the comics other that he's some kind of Inhuman hunter. how did he know where they were? LOL at people saying he looks like Sonic Unleashed.

that "she's a freak" narrative didn't last too long, but there's definitely still a "the world doesn't trust people with powers" thing going on. season 2 is on Netflix if you care to get caught up.

All the threads were well paced and given appropriate time. I never wondered, "why am I watching this" or wanted them to switch back to that other story.
That's been very clumsy in the past, but it's looking good so far this season.

I'm sure they think they need a "nemesis" and decided to roll with him, but his character does nothing for me. He's pretty much just a nuisance. And that love affair he had with Agent 13, or whatever her name was, seemed inauthentic. So I don't buy why he's hell bent on striking back at SHIELD personally. Other than the Ward stuff, I love everything else.

surprisingly still a bit bummed that Raina isn't going to be around anymore..it was a love/hate thing with her but she grew on me.
I think you're right, he's not the one pulling the strings though (at least I hope not) so I guess we get to see who's the actual "big bad" of this season soon.

If I'm not mistaken though when Daisy and Mack went looking for Lash and came face to face with the other ATCU crew I believe they showed Lash watching them all from behind. So it's probably not him.
Also there's a theory floating around that Andrew is Lash, but that's a stretch cuz he's dead ... or is he? Von Struckers boy ran out of the store before it blew up like he saw something that spooked him. I really don't believe this one for a number of reasons, but I think people just want Andrew not to be really dead.

There's no point to him being alive, and the HYDRA is just played out. May should be the one to ultimately kill him, although the more this passes, the more I think it will be Bobbi in her first time back in the field to save Hunter or something.

he scored just lower than Black Widow as far as combat and espionage. only person on the team that seems to be able to match him is May, maybe Bobbi. well obviously Daisy should be able to take him down now with her powers.
I am kinda getting a little tired of HYDRA being the bad guys all the time (though they are historically SHIELD's nemesis). wouldn't mind seeing them find a way to go up against AIM or something like that for a while. they should be able to deal with other problems than just HYDRA all the time.

- good episode overall. a lot of answers, but of course still a lot of questions - how did NASA get their hands on the monolith? how did they know it was a portal? how did Fitz not know that NASA previously had possession of the monolith? - there's a theory that the planet is Ego the Living Planet which could explain a few things like the idea of the planet having "moods". also Ego has some psionic powers which could also explain people there seeing illusions and visions making them go a little crazy. - i feel bad for Fitz but i believe he (kinda) understands. - is it just me or does her PTSD not seem to totally match what she went through? - seriously can i get that phone? lol

- was he Lash before or after the fish oil outbreak? - it seems like he was going after new Inhumans, but then he went after Lincoln and those two in the apartment that Multiple Woman was helping out who had all previously gone through terrigenesis. so what's his motive? - why is he seemingly not after Daisy? he had more than a few chances to take her out. and why did he seem surprised by Daisy's powers? shouldn't he be aware of what she can do by spending all that time with her?
once they showed he'd survived and then he told his story, I kinda knew it too.... that story was really bogus to me, esp based on what we saw, with the kid running and all

Most scenes in AOS are two people talking, usually with A shots and B shots of two people talking while switching between opposing other the shoulder shots.
About 1/3 of the scenes with Adrianne Palicki when we reverse many times it's just her giant tit that's visible , no back of her head, no shoulder view. Like they don't set up behind her, but behind and over to the right so the can just get her boob in the shot.
Happened perfectly last night when she was talking with May.
I think I've noticed her tits more the past few weeks than ever before. I'm not enough of an ass man to know how well she's filling out the back end of the S.H.I.E.L.D. body suit, but that top half is crazy.

which ain't really a bad thing. no need to really let things linger too long.
yeah i'm still confused as to Lash's motivation. in the comics he wasn't happy about just anybody going through the mist via the terrigen bomb and was judging the worthiness of the new Inhumans. MCU Lash just recently going through the mists and having this "need" to kill other Inhumans doesn't make any sense. and i STILL have no idea why he wouldn't harm Daisy. beyond all that it was still fairly well done. would have been kinda dumb if they were chassing Andrew for weeks. May also had a pretty great performance throughout.

- so Rosalyn isn't evil, she just doesn't know who she's working for - there's an organization that pre-dates HYDRA. that's pretty cool. i seem to remember something similar from the comics, but i'm a little removed from regularly following the books the last few years. - very curious if the Inhuman on that planet is someone from the comics or some new character. also, where is that planet? - Fitz and Simmons finally get that kiss. anything more to come of it? - ATCU/HYDRA is building an army of Inhumans. kinda figured that was the case. should be interesting to see how this brings on the superhuman registration situation - are they going to send Lash back to that planet? or try to use him in their army? he seems a little out of control for the latter.

i honestly don't know HOW this won't tie into Civil War. the treatment of inhumans feeds directly into growing concerns about super heroes. not to say that SHIELD isn't doing well as a standalone, just that it still seems to tie into some elements of the MCU. But how it was interwoven into Winter Soldier was pretty damned good.

well really ALL of it is MCU isn't it? i'm sure the tie in to CV is given since that's the next big release. pretty awesome how they've been doing thus far IMO.

i am so all in for the rest of the season. not that i wasn't already but they're really killin it this season and deserve the love/re-affirmations.
sidenote: totally out of my ass, but i think Ward being transformed into something more than human seems a likely outcome then him just getting ganked. especially if he comes face-to-face with that thing on the planet.

not exactly the same origin, but he's a Hydra higher up who's infected with parasites. that's about the only thing i've seen floated around. they definitely won't go with the look i'm sure.

They shouldn't have bothered saying sixty seconds. I mean c'mon. Coulson had time to kill Ward with his robotic hand, run the couple hundred yards to make it through. They then run to the room with the pod that had Lash so they could get away while the portal is still open because that's the only way ward makes it through without them knowing. But he's gotta be embodied by the Hydra spirit and then make that same couple hundred yard dash with a physically caved in chest, make it through the portal and out of the way of the explosions which May lights up the castle with. In 60 seconds. GTFOH!
Show still got me amped though.
