Pretty much. I don't know much about how IT works at my company but I have definitely clicked on sites that they didn't block that they probably should have.

Make no mistake about it. This is a stoner flick. That being said, it's a pretty good one. Not all of the jokes work all the time but they throw enough at you to make it work. I went in with pretty low expectations & cracked up a lot more than I thought I would.
The 4 leads all have their moments but there's some great supporting work from Chevy Chase, Cripsin Glover, & Billy Zabka as well. Lizzy Kaplan is always a plus in my book too.
Really raunchy even for an R rated comedy. Sometimes it goes for the gross out humor a little too much. Otherwise it's a blast back to the 80's with some nice lookin ladies. Rob C's in a zone from start to finish. His bookend scenes are absolutely hysterical. I'd buy a ticket just to see him doin karaoke.

in PTP they try to consolidate all discussion on any one movie in a single thread, rather than having ten different Hot Tub Time Machine threads at once like you get in The Lesson.
Seems like somebody really funny wrote the story, and then someone less funny wrote the actual screenplay. The situations and plot were fun and funny, but the film was surprisingly light on the actual funny jokes...often taking the easy way out. Rob Cordry gave a great performance, but he was also the only one really given anything interesting to do.
Compare this with something like The Hangover (which I'd call a strong A), where the story was quite tight, well-designed and creative, but it was also coupled with a steady stream of great jokes and performances.

Great drive-in flick. The plot holes are massive, as are the basic Back to the Future logic parses on the ending, but hey...that threesome chick...good lord.
