I just saw it last week and never has a film made me uncomfortable for the entire thing. I mean sure a scene or two that were extremely disturbing, but this was the whole f'n movie. I liked the movie a lot but probably wont watch it again.

Did you find the first fifteen or so minutes with the neighbors disturbing as well? I remember that I found it kinda funny. I think it'll make my Top 10 for this decade.

But anytime in his apartment, especially him puking. He was just the saddest human being ever. I'm sure it didn't help that I was in a hospital allday before I watched it.

It's called Life During Wartime, with three different actors playing the same characters who were in this movie... it's supposed to be as twisted as Happiness was...
Everybody's got opinions on the way you're living but see they can't fill your shoes... Life is made of half-illusions... forty percent confusion, whatever's left I'm using... to keep myself from losing, yeah.

I mean it's done in a very comedic way so I wasn't disturbed at all, especially compared to films like Visitor Q, Audition or even Tetsuo: The Iron Man.

But watched Capricorne One the other day. The scenes when they're chasing them down in the desert are creepy as hell. The two helicopters keep looking at each other like they're people, and it's always just two helicopters even though the search is bigger than that. Something about it I just found unnerving.
Oh and actually as I'm typing I just remembered, recently watched Solaris (the 2001 one). That was genuinely a bit disturbing (and good - much better than expected).
movie about child soldiers in unnamed african country ( guessing uganda) , raw performances but without spoiling the plot line you can guess the content with anything to do with the expolitation of children during war.
