He went off the deep end on WGN-TV Ch9 here. They showed the whole clip last week, after they found out that it was going to be part of that montage.
the crazy thing is, Tracy Morgan was whylin' out for REAL. I guess the creators of "30 Rock" just collected all of his talk show appearances.

My favorite line with the slinket was the "This isn't product placement I just like it" or however it went. That was another of those funny kind of inside jokes I guess you'd call it.
