I'm going in with the expectations when I watched Transformers. Loud noises and action packed scenes. Nonetheless, I still watch, never was into G.I.Joes though.

and to those that think its going to be "ruined"...it was a shitty 80s cartoon to sell toys. aint much to ruin to begin with. there's going to be a Storm Shadow/Snake Eyes fight = awesome. lots of explosion, fun and probably a ton of looks at the chick. a win in my book.
...cats in here actin' like the movie studios are profaning a great work of art. To paraphrase what you said, those cartoons were essentially 30 minute ads used to sell toys. I'm saying this as a person who actually is old enough to remember those cartoons back in the day.

i have seen the cards they are using to promote the movie and some of the characters look horrible. i really hope joseph gordon-levitt isn't that "the doctor" dude i seen, cause he looks wack as fuck.

I think the only problem I'll have is Adebisi's character being Heavy Duty instead of Roadblock. Roadblock was like the second coolest Joe ever in those cartoons, narrowly behind Snake Eyes.
