Doesn't look so hot...it's got a lot to live up to as far as recent Marvel superhero films, or superhero films in general...but this seems on par with X-men 3, which was kinda weak...to me at least.
But then every time I see Hugh Jackman on screen he seems less and less fit to play Wolverine. And those sideburns look awkward as hell.
they continue to gear these movie franchises around merchandise sales: toys, plush dolls, action figures, bookbags, toothbrushes, etc. This movie is PG-13 but contains three of the most violent Marvel Comics characters in it??? (Sabretooth, Wolvie and Deadpool). I'll pass on this as well as most of the movies coming out next summer...

... development and origin story telling. They didn't try to cram War Machine or anyone else in there. Just Iron Man and one villian. This Wolverine movie had so many characters in it and so much going on, and when they do this (X3 and Spiderman 3) it often ends badly.
Not saying it will suck. Just sayin.
Like I said above. I'm try and remain cautiously optimistic.

the shit cluster makes sense.
plus consider they are throwing in all the Wolverine: origins mythos, all of the canadian x-team stuff, all of wolverines history including the war with captain america.....
this movie, by focusing on wolverine who is a character who has lived through the whole marvel universe, is bound to be a shit cluster. If they can make it better than the 3rd movie be satisfied because they are already heading down that road of loading this movie with characters. That makes for a good summer movie. Just not neccesarily a good movie.
That said you'll all be there May 1st with a few of you there april 30th at midnight.

they're all part of the program that Wolvie is a part of..except for Gambit and some others...I heard yall bitchin about Dark Knight having too many characters, and then I told you "well in Begins they had Scarecrow, Falcone, Ra's, and all their goons" and all was well..so now I tell you this..You have Team X with one of them turning bad guy, and then you got some Scarecrow/Falcone like goons..it will be ok.

The only reason people like this a bit more is because its introducing more new characters (although X3 had a few new guys in it as well). This film looks like it's going to be ridiculously convoluted.
