And what's funny is that I forgot that I worked with this guy before:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0887879/

I mean, I always recognized the face on other stuff, but it wasn't until I remembered the scene of Bow getting it on with Jenaveve Jolie that I remembered that *they* worked together...

off on last week's episode. Caught his scene while I was flipping around.

My favorite "that guy" is Paul Calderon. Dude has done just about everything on Law & Order, and was dope before and after it as well.

when he was the Governor on "OZ"

"George Ryan is an Asshole..."

a lot of people probably didn't get it, but he was referring to Illinois governor George Ryan, who had recently put a moratorium on the Death Penalty here in Illinois.

But aside from that, yeah. George Ryan WAS an asshole.

The irony is, George Ryan is actually IN PRISON right now.

Since I had lived in Chi-Town for a year, I cracked the fuck up when I heard that. That part happened after I left, and after his real fall from grace.

>But aside from that, yeah. George Ryan WAS an asshole.

Yep, indeed he was. I was there for his election, and I was stunned that Illinois voted for that asshole. But then again, the Democratic candidate was a pretty huge asshole as well, if I recall.

>The irony is, George Ryan is actually IN PRISON right now.

Wow, I didn't realize he actually ended up in prison. I was there when the story first was breaking (it was something about fake driver licenses for truck drivers, right?), but he hadn't been connected to it yet. Couldn't have hsppened to a nicer guy though.
