The pilot was OK. A surprising lack of explanation of what the heck is going on although apparently that's one of the keys to the show. It's Carlton Cuse (Lost) so I'm sure there will be a whole "What's going on?" angle to the show.
Beyond that, It's a pretty standard pilot format (mirroring Shades of Blue's pilot a little bit) but I'm not sure that I'll keep watching. Will probably hold out to see if other people like it and then binge it.

I enjoyed this one more than the first one. We learned a little more about the "new world order". We got to see how conflicted Will is about his new job. And we get Apollo MFin' Creed. Hopefully, we get to see more of him because he got practically no screen time this episode.

I liked this show. It was actually better than I expected to be. Much better than a similar show, "Falling Skies", which I checked out of after season 2.
Tory Kittles as Eric Broussard was good. He's pretty much the Black Jack Bauer. Loved seeing Carl Weathers getting work. Josh Holloway was good also.
I don't like how shows always have to shoehorn family drama into shows like this. A missing kid that the parents are trying to get back. The oldest son who is all emo and doesn't listen to authority. To me, it really takes away from the interesting stuff. Which is an alien occupation where humans are collaborators and no one knows why the Aliens are there nor what they even look like.
