get people to do petitions and shit? it wasn't out long enough to have a following like that. i enjoyed the series and i thought they made pretty good use of the slow-burn character development.
could they have always have planned to do it like this (season 1 = heroes. season 2 = backstory on villains?)

i thought they did a good job with layering the characters and exploring why they did what they did. normal, dysfunctional assed family that happened to have super powers and a controlling, moralistic dad who set an impossibly high standard.

they tried the marvel (disney+ ) slow-burn character development approach with characters we never heard of before. i thought it worked well across an 8 ep series.
