I was sad that it suddenly disappeared from the BBC network(along with Space). But, i know alot of us in america were probably getting the eps later,yes ?

and watched a full episode. After watching eps here and there, I found it quite humorous. I've been onboard for a few years now and I try to watch it whenever I can.

in general, i would actually watch the whole thing through. it's a lot, with 8 seasons x 20 episodes per season, but i thought every episode was great.

I'm not gonna post any of the serious moments, because I feel like it would be cheating. I might post the episodes where you can check them out to see the whole thing.

...I find the individual jokes funny a lot of the time, and like certain of the characters, but don't think the serious stuff is pulled off as well. Reminds me of --I think it's Futurama-- where there's this robot modeled after hawkeye on M*A*S*H*, and he keep flipping his control switch between 'maudlin' and 'irreverent'
There are other little things that annoy me about the show's formulas, keeping it at good, not great. e.g. too many characters delivering the same kind of dialogue, or the high number of 'sibling' episodes, where some guest star shows up as a wacky trouble-making brother or sister of one of the established characters, only to end up having a serious problem at the end (maudlin/irreverent).

Veteran comedy "Scrubs" is inching closer to a return for a ninth season on ABC with most of the main cast members locked in to return.
Star Zach Braff has closed a deal to come back for six episodes to transition the show to its new set-up, which is still being worked out.
Also signed for six episodes is Sarah Chalke.
Donald Faison, John C. McGinley and Neil Flynn have all closed deals to continue as regulars in second position to their pilots. Faison and Flynn co-star in hot ABC pilots, "The Law," which is already unofficially staffing, and "The Middle," respectively. McGinley is on CBS' drama pilot "Back."
Meanwhile, Judy Reyes has not been approached for a deal but may appear as a guest star if "Scrubs" is renewed.
It is still not clear if "Scrubs" would continue as a single-camera comedy or would switch to a multi-camera format or a hybrid single/multi setup.
ABC and creator Bill Lawrence had said they envision the show continuing with a mix of original cast members and some of the interns introduced this past season.

Yes Zoo, I read what Bill Lawrence had to say about saying it sucks before one episode has been shot, and I'm not saying it sucks right today. But I'd be lying if I said the prospect of a completely different Scrubs excites me.

I just read it was renewed for season 9. I really like Faison staying on and Cox is always enjoyable. I now just hope parks and recreations fails miserably so Ed can come back as an intern. I think the story they started to create with him and cox was good. Otherwise just give Jantior 21 minutes of time and let him go at it.
ABC's Scrubs might be scrubbing much of its original cast and setting, as series creator Bill Lawrence ponders ways to bring back the renewed series.
At a press conference announcing the network's lineup for the 2009-10 season, ABC Entertainment president Steve McPherson could only confirm that Zach Braff would be back — and only for a half-dozen episodes, to be sprinkled across the new season's first 13.
Sarah Chalke had yet to ink a deal when TVGuide.com spoke to her on Friday, and Neil Flynn (aka The Janitor) just saw his new sitcom The Middle (where he plays husband to Patricia Heaton) picked up by ABC. The participation of other Scrubs originals is up in the air as well.
But Scrubs' Season 9 might look different in ways besides its cast. McPherson said that Lawrence is considering two scenarios for what he calls the series "next generation," one of which is "a complete rethink" that would move the setting away from Sacred Heart Hospital.
McPherson, though, shot down talk that Scrubs would switch from being a single-camera comedy to a more traditional multi-camera series as being not true.
