"Share an artist who never stopped making records. "
What's interesting thing about music these days is that even artist/rappers who peaked years ago are still able to make and put out records even if you haven't heard there last 10 albums.
Like producing music has gotten so cheap and DIY, it's not an expensive endeavor to put out music if it's still in you.
Name some artists who you were shocked to learn have been consistently putting out albums even though it seems no one is still listening.

He'd stopped making good music around 2002, but continued unabated. There was a period around 2015 where put out a couple of good albums, and it put him back on the radar again. But even though his profile was raised by those two releases, his material has been hit or miss at best since.
Earlier this year, he put out his best album in probably 20 years. However, he put out Black Elvis 2 today and it's mostly sounding like a trip back into the realm of disappointment.

although he's my favorite MC
I'm assuming you're talking about that Serpent Album as his best in 20 years, I just heard that for the first time last week. I hadn't even heard about it until I read an article hyping up the Black Elvis Sequel
Dude has definitely had some duds over the years, but he's also had some strong albums: The Doctor Octagon: Moose Bumps, The joint with Ray West, The Personal Album, etc...
I actually really liked that Black Elivs 2 on first listen, although it doesn't really sound like the first one. He was focused, energetic sounding on most of the tracks.

That's the one. It'll probably end up on my top 10 or 20 at the end of the year.

I agree on Moose Bumps and A Couple of Slices. I'll also add in "Time? Astonishing!" with L'Orange, even though it sounded like a stretched EP, or something where L'Orange got a bunch of a capellas and built the project around them. I still haven't heard Personal Album.
But Feature Magnetic and KEITH were both really disappointing.

I'm not finished with it yet, but I haven't been feeling the beats thus far. I don't know who Marc Live is, and it's a little weird that he produces so much of the album.

like Analog Brothers
I dug the hell out of most of the beats on this.
I marked out seeing Raddarr Van appear on this album, although I only knew him from this random flyer I was handed by a D-list Wu Tang affiliate outside of a show back in 08

I'm guessing once Sticky and Fredro figured out that they weren't going to be movie stars, they re-committed themselves to music. Even though they both still occasionally pop up on network and basic cable series, they've been recording and releasing LOTS of music, especially since the mid-'10s.
The put out three albums last year, one of which, "1993," I liked a lot. And they already put out another this year, "Blood On Tha X." which was okay. Fredro also produced an entire album for Smoovth last year that I also quite enjoyed.
He's put out what seems like an album a year since the mid-1990s. Sometimes more than one, if you count the Compton's Most Wanted Projects (basically Eiht solo albums by a different name) and collaborations with guys like Spice-1 and Brotha Lynch Hung.
He got back on my radar with the "Which Way Iz West" (2017) project that was executive produced by Premier. And I checked for "Lessons" in 2020. But there's a vast oceans of material of his that's escaped my attention.

I supported them through the early to mid '00s, though I must admit that his beat selection has really suffered as soon as he lost his budget. And oddly, Survival Skills with Buckshot, where he worked with a lot of dope indie producers, featured a sub-par lyrical performance by KRS.
Occasionally something will make noise: that I M A M C R U 1 2 had it's moment. But it seems like he's putting out more than his share of YouTube only albums.

As solo artist, with Keith Murray, with The Mrsmn, with Cloak-N-Dagga. At this point, he's got well over 20 joints, and has put out four albums in the past two years.
Mileage on these is going to vary. Sometimes the interesting. Sometimes they're too weird for words.

...that I was only vaguely aware of, until I really started checking for him a few years ago.
He's never stopped putting out projects, but I'd say things really changed with his music starting in 2013 with "The Psychic World of Walter Reed" double album. It's a lot of very trippy shit, frequently no drums, and abstract/bizarre imagery. He really got a battery in his back starting in 2020; he's released about 10 albums starting that year. Some of the stuff is pretty entertaining.

Most folks probably checked out after the Binary Star album or even his solo Sonogram, but he's been churning out albums and mixtapes over the years as a solo artist and under the Binary Star name. WW3, Lighty Ears Apart, and B.A.B.Y have been some really good releases recently.
