Such raw youth energy from some of our all time favorites. I could watch shit like this all day.
I love how they're all just rapping eachother's verses alongside eachother. Really brings the energy.
All three MCs put on lyrical clinics on this track. Comm's was always my favorite. But damn, Kweli went off on this shit. His verse is ludicrous.
The vibe of this clip reminds me of an impromptu Common & Kweli show that I went to my junior year in college at another nearby college campus. They were both just so hype the entire nite. After playing maybe 8-10 songs, they started just taking requests from the crowd for what songs they should play next. Which made for a really unique experience due to (1) the crowd participation level, of course, and (2) hearing some songs they may not otherwise ever play live. Since they only have a handful of songs together, they just served as eachother's hype men when the other was doing a solo song.
