Ab-Soul is one of my favorites
but this album is maybe 3-4 tracks too long
I like how switched things up this time
different flows, slightly dumbed down style but not too much
2nd half drags a little
"Church on the Move" is terrible
i definitely need to listen to it more

On first listen, I felt the 2nd half was a little lacking, but on repeated listens, I love it.

He really slowed things down on this one and focused on writing good, soulful songs. Musically, it's very smooth which is something that I had forgotten that I like from Ab. It's just ever since Control System, I expect this aggressive, jarring, and futuristic sound, but this is very nice.

His story is captivating and I relate to a lot of the things he's been through.

Probably my favorite TDE release since DAMN.
