I don’t care - that song is fun. Though the Zo and Tigallo version was so hilarious, that I favor that one now.
>I'm sick of all these songs lol > >I never liked Ghetto Superstar..the beat sucks..Dirty is ok >but the beat sucks..Pras sucks..Mya is ok but the beat sucks
I never cared about that song at all, though yes Dirty was entertaining as always. That was the kind of song that the popularity of it always stumped me - and yeah, it’s the beat. That beat is just remarkably boring and basic.
>California Love - overplayed and I'm not in California
Overplayed for sure, but I’m a Dodgers fan so it’s got a second life with me since closer Kenley Jansen often came into the game with it playing. >Hypnotize - overplayed
Back then, sure. I don’t really hear it like that now? And BIG was spitting on there, especially for a commercial first single. I love his rapping on that song. > >Regulate- overplayed
My only problem is that this is like the only song Warren gets acknowledged for now, when in reality he had a bunch of hits.

The OG version was daily routine when I was getting dressed for school with MTV on. I did get the nostalgic rush at the Super Bowl, but otherwise, it's in a brain folder of songs that I never have to hear again.

I don't play the song often so it's still somewhat refreshing and nostalgic to hear.
I had no idea people didn't like the song anymore. But I also don't listen to the radio and didn't know that it still gets a fair amount of airplay. In that case, I can see why a nearly 30-year-old song(!!) is played.
Never heard EPMD's take on the sample. At least I don't recall the song.
