I know he is polarizing
and he has been running on fumes for a while
but he put together his best work since Get Home Safely
it helps that Hit Boy has elevated
im happy

he def sounded like the Monstars took his powers for a while. since linking w/HB for Half-A-Mil he's been on an upswing & just sounds like he's hungry/enjoying music again.

part of it I think is that HB is getting him on a new level of connection in the industry - popping up on various HB productions, getting linked w/Nas ,etc.
