Album had more value when it wasn't accessible IMO HEAVY on the auto-tune Ye does not have barz Features carry the album Casio beats with no drums ...leans on a church organ and repeats the same 2 auto-tuned barz for 30 seconds...rinse wash repeat = DONDA
If this was cut in half, there might actually be an album in there

Is there even a reason to be even checking for mr.ye this day & age, it's just like all that build-up of hype comes down to basically nothing but a tiny piece of fluff; he is basically the epitome of wasted time.
It's so many well deserved artists that people need to be checking for that have some great albums, smh.

I don’t think so. Too much current rapper cadence for most of the audience here (me included). And that’s even if people can be bothered to want to listen to it after all of the energy that’s been put out on him the last 5-20 years.
I’ve listened to the whole thing 2x and I’m ready to chop it up and make it something I can go back to cuz there’s stuff on there that I really like. Kinda like TLOP in that way. I think HIS performance is better here though. IE: there’s no Father stretch my hands-level moments where you’re like ‘wow, he ruined this’. But some of these guests? Man, it gets rough with some of them. I’m guilty of not knowing most of em..NGL. But outside of that cadence, some of it is just bad rapping per my ears and I struggle working with it.
At worst, it could easily remind folks of Yeezus in a bad way (if you didn’t like that album).
Also, he didn’t do the thing that he was once amazing at. So there’s no Travis Scott with Conway on the same song type stuff going on. Aka he’s not beating down rap music segregation on this one like he has on the past. Maybe even he doesn’t want to put the time into that again.

Some songs are long for no good reason. There’s maybe 3 or 4 “types” of songs repeated throughout the album. The lack of kicks and snares is annoying. I don’t know or care to know most of the guests. Worst intro of the year. I say this as someone who’s been a fan of his through Pablo (*ducks haha*).
I feel sorry for him despite every reason not to. All this fuss and collaborators and re-dos for THIS? Even the handful of tracks that did work for me have a genericness to them like yeah ok beat kinda knocks, I like that arrangement, the verses were ok…….but I’m fine if I never hear any of it again __ I don't like the beat anymore because its just a loop. ALC didn't FLIP IT ENOUGH!
Flip it enough? Flip these. Flip off. Go flip some f*cking burgers.(c)Kno

I'm just curious how deep does this file 13 rabbit hole go for those trying their damndest to find something good from an thrown together 2 hour self-suck fest of pop an album?
Anyway, I'm still mad at questo for making me check for Cody Chesnutt's album, lol.
