I watched this live last week. Very heartfelt. Thes plays all the original samples/records behind the PUTS infamous catalog.
What you don't see in this clip is the doubleK featurette intro right before Thes went live, where they show interviews from Double K's moms and friends.
Warning - Thes One is very emotional throughout. So grab some tissues cause his emotions coupled with the sonic sounds is a tear jerker.
This is an amazing 3hour set. The last 1/2hr or so Thes really brings it home with joy and sorrow. Enjoy it!

I don't normally think twice about it, but DJ's, emcees and fans from around the world showed up to pay respect and there was so much love the whole time.
I really hope this isn't the last we see of Thes One.

It was bittersweet to watch Thes go from tears to dancing with joy to back to tears again. You can tell how much catharsis it was for him. And yeah, I really don't hope this is the last we see of him.
Also, this reinforced how fucking good they were at picking source material. Those were just great fucking songs that he played. In any setting.
