Me and two of my good friends from college were in another friend's dorm (who wasn't there, strangely lol) blazing and watching the Grammys. This performance started and we were all immediately in a trance, blown away by the dude on the piano. We all took note of Chick's name and instantly became huge fans.
We all still talk about that performance to this day (and obviously exchanged texts when we heard of Chick's death). None of the three of us were huge Foo Fighters fans but instantly became massive Chick fans on account of this performance like I said.
Anyway that's dope you got to see him live. Really wish I'd found a way to do the same.
