*so* good

On repeat this morning. Numerous tracks could be on repeat on their own; a number of straight-up grooves, a few tracks of more out-there weirdo-ish shit. The whole album just feels right and goes super well paired with GAM/Jyoti's "Mama..." album right now.

Hopefully I didn't oversell - eager to hear your thoughts. I mean, if you like Madlib's jazz-ish excursions, you know you're already halfway there.

I remember all the hype about getting a physical copy of the CD.
At the time it was very expensive. For months I was trying to
find someone that had it on Soulseek.
When I found it I was geeked. 3 days later when the download went through I was like... I'm not sure this is me.
Granted my ears were younger then.

I love Shades Of Blue and The Beat Konducta Series.

Perhaps I should not have had any expectations....because it was nothing like what I expected. It was chaotic.

I’m enjoying it. Etude Moncharet stands out to me. I’m not much into chaotic jazz, as mentioned above, so the more straightforward stuff works better to my ears. Always enjoy the artistry though. The Beat Konducta still going.

The "chaos" is interesting for a little while but each time I'm waiting for things to hit the groove and become more normal to my ears.

I don't like the beat anymore because its just a loop. ALC didn't FLIP IT ENOUGH!

Flip it enough? Flip these. Flip off. Go flip some f*cking burgers.(c)Kno
