"Aye...whatever happened to the LessonHead DarkStar?" Mon Aug-17-20 12:58 PM by supablak
I’m sitting here listening to a mix he made, that I had posted up on a 60Gig iPod with a cracked screen that I thought was dead. That bitch needs to be in the Smithsonian considering all the file sharing that went on here back in the day.
But dude had some of the freshest mixes, original music of anyone on here. (Special shout-out to Wale Oyejide for being in that same circle, IMHO).

He was one of the more unique posters around here. I had the privilege of hanging out with him at the first OKP RE in Philly. Haven't heard from him in many-ass years.

True story... I heard ONE live recording of The Grateful Dead that was FIRE...they were playing Dark Star, I asked what the name of the recording was, and it just opened up this whole Dr.Who/Star Trek type of alternate universe, that was like 20 times worse than early 00’s molecule rap. Ugh...I give them props for whenever that set happened, the drugs were HITTING... but trying to find THAT recording/performance again in that giant bowl of noodle-y, loose grooves and wisp-y singing...EEK!
