There are few that come close to his level of writing, and these beats are his most beautiful to date. Such a great album. Worth every penny. Since 2012's grief pedigree, he has been so consistent.
I don't think he gets that. He can rhyme, but this is nigh unlistenable to me. Not because it's terrible mind you but because I can't stop thinking about the fact that the drums are missing for no reason. It just makes the project worse.
Why needlessly make your music worse? He might as well release it with a drop stamped all over it.
