Also Dee 1 and Jay Elec can rap their asses off and that’s just the folk records out, so I wouldn’t per se call her the best in the city. She’s definitely one of the best, period, though, regardless of geography. Since she mixes the gangsta content into the emceeing, I’d like to hear her over a Madlib beat with Gibbs.
