Been waiting for an album from Ray for quite a while, especially one featuring a more contemporary/modern sound.
This track is cool.. Kinda Miguel-esque.
The tracklist/guestlist looks promising.
Hopefully, he will deliver on what he stated on Ray-Ray.. "Keep the beats aggressive, keep the bass movin.. always".
Tired of that retro/throwback sound. No, he doesn't have to sound like he did on Instant Vintage and Ray-Ray, but I don't want to hear him emulating his influences. I want to hear his influences through something new.
