Maaaaan, "Let's Go" is one of the hardest driving metal jams I've ever heard in my life. Those girls are bad like a mofo.....and to come out in the 70s when women were all but invisible in that scene is even more badass.

Been digging heavily on their stuff as of recent. Not an all-time group of course, but still a badass girl group nonetheless.

En Vogue were better singers, but without The Supremes, there'd be no En Vogue.

Plus, The Supremes had a zillion great songs, so it's not like they set the stage but weren't good at it.

___________

Back again for the first time.

As mistermaxx might say, 'They had money cuts.' Sometimes the best technicians struggle resonating as deeply as other groups who just have the right quality at the right time.

En Vogue was one of my favs as was TLC.

The worst... maybe Pussycat Dolls. Nicole seemed okay on her own, but that band just seemed like marketers who never heard a song bio-engineered a group. Marketable on paper but lacked any chemistry on wax.

If you've safely digested your lunch, throw Atomic Kitten into Google.

The Clark Sisters are so technically brilliant that I automatically give them the nod. A lot of people might not think of them because they're gospel artists but their skill is undeniable.
