Well, you can definitely start with the albums that Glasper is a sideman and/or producer for other people's work:
Kenneth Whalum III - To Those Who Believe Robert Hurst - Unrehurst, Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 Lionel Loueke - Heritage Darryl Reeves - Diary of a Bandstand Derrick Hodge - Live Today Otis Brown III - The Thought of You
There's a Terence Blanchard album or two that he plays on too, but I can't remember them, because I wasn't really feeling them (Bounce or Flow, something like that).
If you like Black Radio, you should def check Stefon Harris and the Blackout - Urbanus and The Detroit Experiment (self-titled).
A lot of people compare Glasper to Herbie, especially from doing cross-genre stuff and the R&B/funk years, but when I hear In My Element (his best work IMO) I hear Ahmad Jamal. I don't like the But Not for Me/Poinciana album which I think people consider his classic, so I'd recommend The Awakening. Once you hear it, you'll lots of good samples that were used for hip-hop too. #NP: Janelle Monae-DC, Pusha T-Daytona, Royce-Book of Ryan, Blue Note All-Stars-OPOV, Chris Dave/Drumhedz-Glow, Conway-GOAT, Black Milk-Fever, KRIT-4eva Is a Mighty.., Phonte-NNIGN, August Greene, Jericho Jackson @LargesseMorlu
