For me, I define a posse cut as anything with 4 or more MC's OR 3 MC's IF they're all solo artists.

My 5 posse cuts are: Burn Hollywood Burn by PE with Kane and Cube, Headz Ain't Ready (with the James Brown sample), Watch For The Hook by Cool Breeze with Outkast, Goodie Mob and Witch Doctor, Main Source's Live At the BBQ Main Source with Nas, Ak and Joe Fatal and LL's I Shot Ya with Keith, P, Fat and Foxy.

My slept on posse cut is Heavy D's A Bunch of Niggas with Biggie, Busta Rhymes, 3rd Eye, Rob O AND Guru...that was an ILL line up!

3 individual MCs on one song happens often but I'm not sure I would call something like Tres Leches a posse cut.

The funny thing about this song is that I bought the album when it dropped on cd and vinyl, now for two years I would listen to this album and skip the interludes and mix some songs on vinyl as well but one day I was hanging out with my boy and we're talking about the album and he said something about a track "United As One" and I was like what song is that, and he tells me the last song, and I'm there telling him there is no last song just ten minutes of talking (the Epilogue) and so I put in the cd and BOOM, there is another song (not listed on the cd or liner notes), but what pissed me off is that it isn't on the vinyl just the cd.
