no one really knows who "Z" is, but they just released this seriously heavy UK garage/deep house OutKast cover/tribute

rumours are flying that it might be a Disclosure production.. and perhaps means an OutKast x Disclosure official collab may be in the works (or will occur at the festivals they are both at this year).
