Don't hold me to that. I ranked all 15 (we consider 15 as songs right?) songs for some dumb reason. It was hard especially when it came to picking the last song, swapped them around a few times. Here today this is the five for me.

I'm a pain in doing these. Instead of just going from memory or by looking at the tracks I have to listen to the album, set an order. Re-listen in that order and adjust adjust adjust until I come up with a "final" order and 5.
I think I'm a bit more solid on these than I am on 3 Feet but I'm sure if I redid this a year from now it would change.
Good thing I love basically all their songs so it is still an enjoyable exercise lol

I like it but I don't love it as much as everyone seems to. Seems like as soon as it comes on everyone else goes crazy for it. I might be missing something. I did seem to enjoy it more than usual yesterday.
If you can't tell I listened to De La all of yesterday lol. Started with wanting to listen to Ego Trippin the night before to get out of a funk. Turned into listening to all of Buhloone and leaving the rest of their albums playing after lol During listening to the Stakes is High album it went up to certified classic for me. It was basically there before but there's no doubt to me anymore.

I also just remembered that De La has one of the strongest track records for intro/opening songs ever. They know how to open a damn album that's for true.
If there's one thing I know, I know that a new De La album is not going to totally take my by surprise with them trying to re-invent their sound, jumping on the latest trends and doing tracks with flavor-of-the-month artists

So much for tomorrow lol. It was hard to leave Lord Intended and Pain off but Greyhounds grew on me so much. Probably the only track with Usher on it that's in my rotation. Only tracks I didn't consider putting in the top 5 at least a bit was Trainwreck and Nosed Up. I enjoy them but not as much.
Seems like this album still needs to settle for many of us. A lot of variety in the choices.
