i always just figured Q-Tip was just laughing at Busta because he was having a tantrum about something. About what? Likely topics...
1-people's lack of interest in his Flipmode Squad crew 2-Deelishious ask for more child support 3-still mad about Bam asking him to take a flick 4-was telling the rental car part of the story of how/why LONS broke up
whatever the reason, I found it funny that Q-Tip was laughing so hard. Dude was dyin!

...is when it gets funny, cause he was already amped-up when he was talking but then he just gets super angry and knocks that metal stand down and looses it even more and Q-Tip just starts laughing even harder.
Personally I think Busta & Q-Tip get along so well and been hanging out so long but probably don't argue like Q-Tip does with Phife, that Q-Tip just like seeing Busta spazz out all the time.
