...and a 12inch he put out, basically I was disappointed cause maybe it wasn't the Flipmode sound (Dj Scratch & Nottz production) I was expecting from him, instead it sounded like he just went to some homeboys of his, dropped some rhymes over some basic beats and put the songs out.
Maybe all the songs he did when he was with Flipmode Squad he couldn't get from Elektra Records cause they paid for those songs to be made and he didn't want to pay to get 'em back; but for some reason I think leaving the group was his only way to get his music out but not coming with the same energy or focus to make a good solo joints was in him at the time.

Rampage, Lord Have, Spliff and the wack ass dude who was rhyming on Bus When Disaster Strikes and Ramp's solo joint were horrid to average to me. Guess Bus was surrounding himself with mediocre talent to make himself look better.

Where did i say he was wack? i said the joint was three verses too long. flipmode should have been scratched from the track. I dig Bus but he's not all that to me. I enjoy his first four solo LP's though. That second LONS joint too.
