Anthrax - I Am The Law
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9rVFi6qkPHE

Why? He plays Judge Dredd in the film Judge Dredd. I am the law is Dredd's catchphrase, and the song was written about the him.

...(and not a bad "but"), I will still suggest my own.

The chorus for "I Am The Law" has to be cleaned up, since the line in it is "you won't fuck around no more", so if you choose the bridge before the chorus, lyrics are

"Respect the badge
He earned it with his blood
Fear the gun
Your sentence may be death because

I am the law
you won't *mess* around no more
I am the law
I judge the rich, I judge the poor
I am the law
commit a crime, I'll lock the door
I am the law
because in Mega City, I AM THE LAW!"

Or feel free to say "you won't funk around no more" so people will assume an expletive has been said.

Susan Sarandon
Cheap Trick's "Surrender"
REASON: Title of the song could be changed to say her last name.

ALTERNATE CHOICE:
The Fugees' "Nappy Head (Remix)"
REASON: Her birthday is in October so "cheeba cheeba, y'all, I'm a Libra y'all"

Karl Urban
"The Land I Call Home" (go to 3:25)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8zCDgTYlENE
REASON: Urban is from New Zealand, and this is a song that won a New Zealand song contest. Here's the chorus:
"It’s the land I call home and forever will be, she’s a beauty and she’ll captivate your soul
Where the kiwi is our symbol and nature roams ‘round every bend
I’m proud to call New Zealand my home
I’m proud to call New Zealand my home.
My home"

Maybe not as brutal as "I Am The Law", but I'll go for this.

Two suggestions from the movie Romance and Cigarettes.

Red Headed Woman- Bruce Springsteen
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fmUOl3lwpcA

Why? She has Red Hair, and she's one of the people who lip-syncs it in the film.

Pieces of my heart - Dusty Springfield
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hOdbz1jU88I

Why? She lips syncs this in the film also.

Jon Cryer - "The Joker" by Steve Miller Band
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PmVusVh4TRQ

Jon wrote and starred in a great movie in the 90s called THE POMPATUS OF LOVE, where the characters spend the movie trying to figure out what the line that follows "Some people call me Maurice" is ("Cause I speak of the pompatus of love").

Taraji P Henson - "It's Hard Out Here for a Pimp" from HUSTLE AND FLOW
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-PYZYt2EkZE

Since she sings it in the film.

Girls of Porn - Mr. Bungle (A certain part)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GHlkUAyfOo#t=18s

Why? He is set to play Henry Martin on ABC's new show 666 Park Avenue.

Take the first verse, which of course is:

"Okay, all you pus suckin’ motherfuckers out there,It's time to win a chance to butt-bang Your daughter's tight virgin cherry ass--
To caller number 666"

But just say "Park 666!", and do the riff. (We gotta get some Bungle on at some point.)

I know I suggested "Squeeze Me Macaroni" for one of the chefs, but one day, Mr. Bungle will have their place as a walk-on. Perhaps someone soon will be fitting for "Vanity Fair".

Maya Rudolph
Boomtown Rats' "Up All Night"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H_QRL3t9qyc
REASON: She is in the show of the same name.

Dave Annable
W.A.S.P.'s "Animal (Fuck Like A Beast)"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5r3gVs6UG5Q
REASON: His last name is said similarly to "animal", so I focus on the chorus:
"I come round, round i come feel your love LIKE AN ANIMAL!
Tie you down, down i come steal your love LIKE AN ANIMAL!
I come round, round i come feel your love LIKE AN ANIMAL!
Tie you down, down i come steal your love LIKE AN ANIMAL!"

Poison - Bell Biv DeVoe
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N6blgjF6UkU

Why? About a year ago on the "ThisIsMyNext" podcast he famously said "Using windows feels like poison" - which has brought a lot of ridicule and taunting.

And say "Josh Tops hates poisons. Windows is poison." (And then do a lot of "poison" ad libs.)

BIG GEEK CRED. IT'll stick on Reddit for at least 6 hours.

He'll fall out laughing, he'll mention on his site, on his podcast - and I'd bet he'd invite you to be on The Verge Show.

(If he doesn't get to walk out and the segment starts at a table then play this into commercial.)

Piers Morgan
Talk Talk's "Talk Talk"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6hHnOBlwU3A
REASON: He talks to people, he pisses off some people, but he does some good (sometimes great) work, so this is a song that's more for the haters, as if to say "but I'm here on a talk show, still talking, ain't I?"

Michael Pena
Bette Midler's "My Eye On You"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XpjjmCznUOw
REASON: Pena plays a cop who becomes the target of a drug cartel (according to Wikipedia), thus while he has his eye on them, they have an eye on him. Song was written by Bill House & Moon Martin

ALTERNATE CHOICE:
The Police's "Every Breath You Take"
Same reason, but focus on the fade out of the song.

Joshua Topolsky
Kraftwerk's "It's More Fun To Compute"
REASON: He's the gadget man.

Why? Classic TV.

And end with a "Hello Laverne" David Lander style.

Jake Gyllenhaal
Slave's "Watching You"
REASON: He's in the movie with Michael Pena, so it focuses on him being a cop keeping an eye out on a drug cartel keeping an eye out on him.

ALTERNATE CHOICE:
Herb Alpert's "Keep Your Eye On Me"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f2_ZbkGUisI
REASON: Same as above

Penny Marshall
Odyssey's "Native New Yorker"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h1rH_iaZkv0
REASON: Marshall, like Ellen Barkin, is from the Bronx. I was originally going to suggest Al Jarreau's "Boogie Down" again but with the passing of Lillian Lopez, I figured I would get a way for you guys to do this for someone.

Be tactful when making the rounds, and my you can save a party gone out of bounds.

Now who's to blame?
