there was some good beats on the album but these awful ones ruin it

its not that these beats are bad...they just dont fit him.

some of the ones you listed sound cheesy (too clean) with his voice and rugged style.

Summer On Smash isn't bad (pretty much meh for a 'hype' swizzy joint) but Nas sounds like he's TRYING for a club banger which is almost always a fail.


The beat for "Bye Baby" is beautiful and it's nice to hear dude speak on his marriage from a grown man perspective.
