No, she hasn't released a second album yet, just several mixtapes (all very good in my opinion). Hopefully now that she's signed to a record label she can get her second album released soon.

As for her not singing well you're just wrong. Vula wouldn't have been able to front Bassment Jaxx or sing for Sam Sparro if she couldn't sing. Is it the most powerful voice, no, but neither is Teedra's. She's more than adequate vocally. Matter fact, peep this and tell me she can't sing.

However, her doing a Kickstarter for Essence Fest seems bad to me because that's something where she should get funds from the ticket sales, unless the pay structure for Essence Fest is different from traditional concert ticket sales.

A really strong single, a decent song or two on the album that could have been executed better and the rest of the album is all over the place.
