Mark Ruffalo Kermit The Frog's "Green" REASON: It's not easy for Kermit to be green, and I'd like to think it's not easy for Bruce Banner to be green either, as Ruffalo plays the Hulk in THE AVENGERS movie.

Amy Poehler Cliff Richard's "Summer Holiday" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gbajf_rHzys REASON: Originally I was going to pick ATCQ's "Award Tour" but I don't always want to pick obvious choices, but both are generally for the same reason.
The next episode of PARKS is called "Bus Tour". So why a Cliff Richard song? In the last episode of the British comedy THE YOUNG ONES, it ends with the guys robbing a bank and hijacking a double decker bus. They are proud and happy of what they've done, but the show ends with them running into Cliff. Or in truth, a billboard of Cliff Richard, and they find themselves going over a cliff in a bus together. The bus explodes, and we assume they're all dead. End of series.
I know it's not the end of PARKS but the song itself touches on this: "We're going where the sun shines brightly We're going where the sea is blue We've all seen it on the mopvies Now let's see if it's true

I want the song to refer to the fact that this week's show is the second to the last, and that the show and the cast will be going on its "summer holiday". How many people are going to know that it refers to another great comedy show, and the bus scene? Absolutely no one, but as a comedy fan, I want to throw that in there. I was lucky when I suggested "Rock Creek Park" for Miss Poehler, and while I'd want her to dance even more sexy than before, I'll go for Cliff Richard.
Daniel Dae Kim Kwest Tha Madd Lad's "I Met My Baby At V.I.M." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=go4QbBBfUqc REASON: I originally had wanted to hear a cover of the third season's theme of the original HAWAI'I FIVE O, but I went for this. Maybe the lyrics can be changed to: "Hey, that's my man Daniel Dae... K.I.M."
Corny, yeah, but it's a good way to revive one of my favorite songs.

Retta Edith Massey's "Big Girls Don't Cry" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mtgR2BWs2ns REASON: While The Four Seasons did this song, I always thought Massey's version had a lot of intentional attitude. I first heard of this when I bought THE WORLD'S WORST RECORDS as a kid (11 or 12?) because it had a barf bag on the back. I'm a fan of Retta's work on PARKS as well as his comedy, so it's meant to represent her own attitude through the way Massey sang in her version.
