just thinking about this and how versatile and talented this great city and state is and the incredible talent over the years be it in Jazz, blues, R&B, Hip-Hop,Pop that has Produced so much important talent.

wonder where you rank these acts and how you feel about the city and State and its impact on music. just think over the past 20 years alone it has produced two dynasty music labels in No limit and Cash Money.

the Marsalis family empire, Harry Connick Jr, now you got Dr John with a strong comeback. Allen toussaint, James Booker, Fats Domino, Satcho,Jellyroll Morton, etc..

mistermaxxx R.Kelly, Michael Jackson,Stevie wonder,Rick James,Marvin Gaye,El Debarge, Barry WHite Lionel RIchie,Isleys EWF,Lady T.,Kid creole and coconuts,the crusaders,kc sunshine band,bee gees,jW,sd,NE,JB
