I won't argue with you about Dilla being the best overall mc in the group.
And to me T3 vs Baatin is a toss-up.
But, at the end of the day, it was always my belief that the three emcee's were a perfect compliment to each other; and they all brought something different and valuable over Dilla's laid back, off-kilter beats. But to totally knock off T3's contribution, to me, is lightweight incriminating, and I have to defend him, b/c even tho I always recognized Jay Dee was the best emcee in the group, T3 was my favorite.
And it has everything to do with his flow; he was never really saying anything, but it was all in how he said it, and the words he used, that seemed to fall smoothly, but impactfully off that beat -- sorta like a smooth drink you don't recognize on the way down, but has that wonderful aftertaste you notice only after the fact. Particularly, listen to his freestyle-esque flow on Go Ladies, his eponymously titled song on Fantastic Vol. 1, or the way he goes off on the 5 Ela remix.
But to be honest tho, after fantastic vol 2, I wasn't really checkin' him after he actually started rapping about stuff, instead of talkin pure nonsense. I miss his flow.
