I hate skits on albums in general, but a few albums have done them so well I'll actually listen to the skits alone before/after I play all the music on the album.

Lets do a quick run down of the skits on DDN2000:

-Who Took The Satelite Van?
-Million Chicken Head March. Some GOAT level shit here. Can I get an ooooomflackalacka?
-Pain In The Ass Stewardess.
-Ghetto Psychic Network. I'm you're host, Alottavagina. Who? ALOTTAVAGINA, HO.
-We Got The Satelite Van!

That's a good, solid collection with some real gems. I''m having a hard time coming up with an album with better skits overall. GPN and the Million Chicken Head March really send it over the top IMO.

Anyhow, as I said, I admittedly hate skits in general, so my perspective is probably skewed. Some of the shit on here is like some In Living Color shit to me though.

but De la sou is dead is my favorite collection of skits....

redman is close in terms of skits

but dela has the crown

how that turned into a "Hammer dis" I'll never know
seemed like Redman was making more fun of old people who don't understand rap music

plus it started the character of Uncle Quilly

and i love that record too
and the skits
BUT these two arent even in the same ballpark

i mean, even the first Roy Lee skit on The Listening sons all the Minstrel Show skits combined
