It looks like Leila Steinberg (Tupac's former mentor/manager) and Ray Luv (old-school bay area rapper/Pac and Mac Dre affiliate/etc.) are somehow involved with Earl's "comeback" through a non-profit organization named AIM (Alternative Intervention Models) which visited him in Samoa.
